Founded in Al-Bustan Real Estate Development in 2015 with an ambitious vision to redefine real estate development standards in Saudi Arabia and the region. We started with a clear vision to create exceptional living spaces that combine luxury, sustainability, and innovation, while preserving authentic Arab identity.

Over the years, our company has grown to become one of the leading companies in real estate development, proudly delivering over 18 successful projects across the Kingdom, benefiting more than 150 families and companies. 2015

Foundation & Launch

Establishment of Al-Bustan Real Estate Development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a team of 5 specialized engineers and designers.

2017

First Residential Project

Launch of the first residential project "Al-Waha Residential" in North Riyadh, which won the award for best architectural design at the Saudi Real Estate Exhibition.

2019

Expansion & Development

Expanding the scope of work to include commercial development, and launching Al-Bustan Commercial Tower in central Riyadh, with the first application of sustainability standards.

2021

Awards & Recognition

The company winning the Real Estate Excellence Award from the Ministry of Housing, and expanding the workforce to include over 50 specialized employees.

2023

Leadership & Innovation

Launching the "Al-Bustan Garden" project as the first fully sustainable residential project in the Kingdom, and obtaining LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
